MORITA Kazutaka 9cdfa1b34e qemu-iotests: add support for rbd and sheepdog protocols 
This patch introduces tests for protocols other than file, and
initially supports rbd and sheepdog.

Stefan Hajnoczi 596f4f961c qemu-iotests: test bdrv_truncate 
This patch adds an image resize grow test to ensure that existing data
is not lost during grow and new space is zeroed.
