Gu Zheng 411b5db8e5 cpu-hotplug: rename function for better readability
Rename:
AcpiCpuHotplug_init --> acpi_cpu_hotplug_init
AcpiCpuHotplug_ops --> acpi_cpu_hotplug_ops
for better readability, just cleanup.
